Hello! My name is Cheryl Newsom, I live in the East Bay Area in California and have been in the real estate business for over two years, and it has been a fantastic experience thus far. I am licensed as both a Real estate agent and a Mortgage Loan Officer, so I have a complete understanding of both sides of the home buying process, which is the knowledge I use as a Real estate agent to guide my clients seamlessly through their journey. I make sure to help them with any questions they have. Helping my clients is essential because I know what buying or selling a home can mean to them. For me, a home signifies new memories, a place of comfort, and a place for friends and family. It is all worth it if I can assist a client in achieving that feeling.
A little into my personal life, if it wasn't clear, I love working. My weekends are usually filled with showing homes, but I consider myself an avid reader when I have my downtime. Reading is a fantastic way to take a break and relax. However, it can be made even better with a four-legged friend, in my opinion. I have a golden retriever named Brayden who loves to keep me and my family company. Lastly, if I am looking for excitement for my day, I love it when the Warriors are in season; it is always fun to watch them play.
